Reservations and Payment:
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the total amount of the rental. Please make cheque or money order payable to Heart of Kitsilano, or make a direct deposit to our bank account (details provided on request). The balance of payment is due upon arrival to be paid in cash or certified cheque.

Cancellation Policy:
A full refund will be given up to 35 days before your arrival for bookings of 1 week or less. A full refund will be given for longer stays only if we are able to rent the suite for the same time period.
